Okay, I know I need to post stuff other than my menu on Mondays, but menus don't require pictures :) I promise to post some pictures soon! Oh, and the Chicken Cordon Bleu turned out great!

Wednesday: Chili Chip Casserole/Cornbread
Thursday: BBQ Meatballs/Mashed Potatoes
Friday: Leftovers

Hooray for a promise of a picture! :) I still have to figure out my menu for this week. Tonight It will probably be Quesadillas with salad and green beans.
